A Beautiful Selection of Fresh Home-made Salads

 

Fresh Salads to go with The Main Event

A great deal of time and effort is spent in sourcing our ingredients for our salads and great care and pride is taken in producing them fresh on the day they are required and to the highest of standards. Even if this means we have to prepare them through the night for your event to ensure they are as fresh as they can be for your special occasion or event.

* Disposable cutlery and disposable plates are included in menus for salads when booked.

Our Classic & Delicious Salad Menu

Mediterranean Salad – Chunky cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta cheese all in lemon & olive oil dressing with fresh basil.

Caesar Salad – Mixed lettuce leaves with chunky parmesan shavings, croutons in a classic Caesar dressing.

Coleslaw – Grated with crisp carrots, onion and cabbage and red cabbage mixed together with a dash of lemon juice and mayonnaise.

Italian Penne Pasta Salad – A mix of pasta with peppers, red onion, green and black olives with sundried tomato pesto sprinkled with pine nuts.

Rice Salad – A popular salad, with basmati, mixed peppers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes mixed with fresh herbs, cracked black pepper and a light drizzle of olive oil.

Tomato & Red Onion Salad – A layered salad of ripe tomatoes and thinly sliced red onions, with black pepper and a vinaigrette dressing.

Mixed Green Leaf Salad – A mix of traditional fresh ingredients, comprising of lettuce, peppers, cucumber and spring onions with lemon and olive oil vinaigrette.

Bean Salad – A selection of three beans mixed with Sweetcorn, peppers in a creamy mayonnaise sprinkled with chopped spring onion.

Rocket and Parmesan Salad – Fresh rocket leaves with Parmesan shavings, tossed in olive oil, cracked black pepper and sea salt drizzled with fresh lemon juice.

Cajun Rice Salad – Rice, red onion, mixed peppers, Sweetcorn, kidney beans mixed with Cajun spices and garlic.

Summer Cous-Cous – A great summer choice made with peppers, tomatoes and cucumber in a basil dressing with wedges of limes.

Nutty Pasta Salad – Mixed pasta with red onion, kidney beans, sliced courgette, cashew nuts, peanuts, fresh coriander mixed together with fresh basil pesto finished with wedges of lime.

Eastern Cous-Cous – Cous-cous with chickpeas, chunky tomatoes, orange segments, dried sultanas mixed with fresh lemon and mint dressing.

Summer Salad – Broad beans, crunchy broccoli, chunky cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus all mixed up with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Hot New Potatoes – New potatoes with; choose one from

  • Melted butter and parsley
  • Garlic and basil
  • Rosemary and olive oil
  • Mint and squeezed lemons with butter
  • Black pepper with lemon and crushed cashew nuts
  • Chilli, garlic and chives
