Local Yorkshire Spit Roast Beef
For our Spit Roast Beef events we use local to York in North Yorkshire whole steer cuts that have been slowly grown and matured before being carefully trimmed and hung to mature increasing both flavour and the tenderness of the beef, before we carefully prepare it for the spit the same way we treat all our meats, lightly seasoned then slow roasted to perfection. We carve straight from the spit to guests allowing them to get up close to see and smell the delicious spit roasted beef, perfect for parties and weddings alike. When we are spit roasting we provide, a 3x3mtr open sided gazebo to cook and serve from (Spit roasts can be served inside with easy access), you get a chef and chef’s assistant as required, napkins, set up and clean up after service has finished, serving tables with linen table cloths, quality disposable crockery or upgrade to 8″ porcelain plates and stainless steel cutlery for just 85p ph / set. Or larger 10″ porcelain plates and stainless steel cutlery for just £POA ph / set.
